360 Leadership Assessment
The programme begins with a 360 leadership audit, gathering feedback from co-workers, managers, and external contacts to assess leadership strengths and development needs.
360 Coaching
The 360 Coach reviews the assessment feedback with the delegate, helping them set pre-course goals, followed by a one-to-one coaching session after the residential course.
5.5-Day Residential Course
The key part of the programme is a 5.5-day residential course in Herefordshire. Delegates join a cohort of up to 22, working in teams of 6 to 8 with a faculty member.
Accommodation and Meals
Accommodation and all meals during the residential course are included in the programme fee. Sunday night accommodation is also provided for an early Monday start.
Online Group Workshop
This half-day online group workshop lets delegates reflect on their experiences and apply lessons to real-life scenarios. It also provides a chance to share insights with fellow participants.
Exclusive Access to Lifelong
Delegates receive lifetime access to LifeLong, an online space for sharing insights and resources with their cohort. Alumni gain exclusive access to virtual and in-person events.
